Key Responsibilities: - Management Support: Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to organize shifts and workflow management. - Operational Leadership: Directly supervising floor service and acting as the primary reference for the staff in the RM's absence. - Hilton Excellence: Ensuring every service detail complies with Curio Collection by Hilton international standards. - Guest Relations: Welcoming and attending to guests, with a focus on managing preferences and feedback. Work Experience Requirements: - Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English; fluency in a second foreign language is an essential requirement. - Experience: Proven experience in 5-star hotels or luxury dining; prior experience within Hilton properties is a significant plus. - Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate the dining team with professional authority and a team-player mindset.
