All’interno della Direzione_ _Industrial Policy, Global Supply Chain & Procurement, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Industrial Transfer Delivery Manager”. Titolo di studio richiesto: - Degree ingegneria Meccanica / Aeronautica or - Degree Ingegneria Elettronica /Elettrica/ Telecomunicazioni Esperienza professionale An ambitious technical manager with the ability to operate across multiple domains: - Experience of several years within project management involving multi-million euro projects. - Different projects with multiple work packages in electronic engineering, Mechanical engineering, Assembly Integration and Test and a number of other domains. - Background experience with engineering or manufacturing environments. - Many interactions with multi-functional teams including programs, design, manufacturing, quality, finance and export. Attività previste per il ruolo: The role will involve coordination with Program manager and production in Italy and close working with procurement offset team to deliver industrial transfer projects. Some interaction with foreignIndustry may also be required. Main accountabilities include: - Developing and maintaining key relationships with MBDA UK, Programmes Italy, procurement and Operations Italy. - Regular international/domestic travel to conduct progress meetings and reviews. - Ensuring accurate reporting of progress against all aspects of project performance up to director level. - Challenging supplier performance/progress where appropriate, to ensure project success. - Working closely with Programmes and Operations Italy to ensure post-contract activities are performed to a high standard. - As part of a multi-national team, interacting with multi-disciplinary functions to safeguard delivery of contract requirements. - Some interaction with local export partners. - The role will provide many stimulating challenges and personal development opportunities. - Develop and strengthen international working network and experience. Competenze Professionali: - Wide range of product knowledge and associated manufacturing processes. - Export supplier relationship management: business, project and quality management. - Experience in a manufacturing context, preferably in the aerospace and defense or metalworking sector - Knowledge of the end-to-end manufacturing process from procurement to delivery of the finished product Conoscenze linguistiche: - A strong level of English fluency (spoken and written). Competenze organizzative/Soft skills: - An enthusiastic, pro-active individual who can understand strategic business needs. - A natural leader and communicator, able to build strong relationships, with international, multi-functional and multicultural working experience. - A team player and advocate of multinational cooperation
