We seek scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and share our passion for fighting cancer. /ppbGeneral Description : /b /ppUnder the direction of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers. /ppThe Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies and is responsible for achieving sales targets supported by defined resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops her / his commercial team. /ppbEssential Functions : /b /pulliBuilds brand awareness for BeOne Medicines and its oncology products. /liliEstablishes strong relationships with KOLs, study groups, and key accounts. /liliPrepares the market for product approval. /liliImplements marketing strategies for product launches. /liliBuilds and structures a competent commercial field team in Italy. /liliAchieves regional sales goals and monitors performance. /liliPlans and monitors regional budgets. /liliSets sales goals and conducts market analysis. /liliIdentifies developmental needs of team members and executes training and coaching programs. /liliProvides scientific advice and support to KOLs in hospitals. /liliLeads cross-functional field teams and collaborates with other departments. /liliInforms management of market changes and competitor activities. /liliSupervises key account plans and collaborates with Market Access and Marketing teams. /liliParticipates in scientific meetings and workshops. /liliProvides leadership to foster high performance and engagement. /liliEstablishes strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. /liliEnsures compliance with ethical standards and regulations. /li /ulpbQualifications : /b /pliDegree in life sciences or related field, with extensive industry experience. /liliOver 10 years of experience, including leadership in oncology sales. /liliProven success in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments. /liliDeep knowledge of the oncology market, especially lung and gastric cancers. /liliStrong network with oncologists and opinion leaders. /liliExcellent communication skills and leadership qualities. /liliFluent in English; computer literacy; valid driver’s license. /lipuEducation Required : /u University degree in science or business, with at least 10 years industry experience. /ppSupervisory responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and developing the regional sales team. /ppbTravel : Approximately 60% of the time. /b /ppOur values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity, and Collaborative Spirit are demonstrated through competencies such as teamwork, feedback, inclusivity, initiative, results-orientation, analytical thinking, and clear communication. /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
