Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Employee Experience and Solutions Specialist. This role is a key part of our ongoing effort to deliver exceptional HR services to our employees, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to thrive in their roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of common cluster/country level HR administrative and operational work, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for process improvement, propose innovative solutions, and implement change through effective collaboration with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure continuity of business as usual (BAU) HR operations and administrative work in your respective cluster/country.
* Ensure our employees' most fundamental needs are met by effectively answering employee queries, maintaining accurate employee data, and connecting associates with the right tools.
* Deliver best-in-class service when it comes to HR administrative processes.
* Identify and document local and cluster-level administrative work pertaining to standard letters, documents, and agreements.
* Review policies, processes, and ways of working holistically for opportunities to streamline, eliminate waste, and redundancy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and work closely with people across all levels of the company.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English.
- Sound knowledge of core HR processes & procedures will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge about Payroll and SAP.
