Lead coach and develop the Italian Industrial Automation Product Managers team defining with each of them an annual BU business plan and monitoring his successful implementation.
Manage the Industrial Automation product portfolio including: Automation Field Instrumentation Liquid and Gas analyzers and Digital Solutions.
Develop and execute marketing and promotion activities and campaigns define pricing strategies and products positioning in line with Yokogawa Italy Annual Business Plan sales needs and MarCom.
Drive specific initiatives for business development and new markets / new business models identification and implementation in deep synergy with Sales Team Marketing and HQ.
Promote collaboration with academic institutions Industry associations and business partners ecosystem.
