As a vital part of our team, you'll oversee and enhance our payroll processes, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance with both local and international standards. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a significant impact in a company that values growth and excellence. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor payroll processes to ensure consistent and accurate payroll in compliance with local practices, controls, government and statutory regulations, internal procedures, and SOX controls. /li liServe as a point of contact for team members, resolving escalated operational or policy issues, and identifying complex resolutions needing escalation to the Payroll Manager. /li liCoordinate with internal Finance teams, HR and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and financial integrity of payroll processes and support audit reviews. /li liReconcile payroll and tax reporting at the end of each pay cycle and resolve discrepancies. /li liPlan, coordinate, and manage off‑cycle payroll processing and reporting, acting as a contact for unplanned payroll processing. /li liAnalyze complex pay transactions to identify issues and work with stakeholders to determine the root cause. /li liMaintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of payroll within local systems and global HRIS tools. /li liStay updated with trends, legislation changes, tax rule updates, and local payroll control procedures to recommend improvements. /li liAssist in global work and initiatives as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll is preferred. /li liExperience with leading an international team will be preferred. /li liKnowledge of the Italian Payroll System. /li liLaurea or Diploma in a related field is a plus. /li liAbility to foster professionalism and build relationships for self and team. /li liStrong attention to detail. /li liSelf‑starter with a sense of urgency. /li liAbility to mentor, coach, and direct a team. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office. /li liStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. /liliNative Italian speaker with fluency in English. /li /ul h3Work Information /h3 ul liLocation: Vimercate - Tre Torri. /li liContract: Permanent Full Time - 40h weekly - Monday to Friday. /li liHybrid role. /li liCCNL Telecomunicazioni. /li /ul h3Pay Range And Compensation Package /h3 ul li40.000 - 50.000 €. /li liAnnual Bonus Scheme. /li liMeal Vouchers. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pAt Concentrix, we respect and celebrate the diversity of our game‑chasers.
