People, Culture & Organization Department: Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field? We are looking for brilliant students with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internshipin a dynamic and international context based in our People, Culture & Organization Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters. The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini through: - Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and HR technology management; - Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR and IT professionals for a deeper understanding of the intersection between HR processes and technology; - Collaboration with HR and IT teams to streamline HR processes through automation; - Conduction of research on HRIS trends, best practices, and system enhancements; - Providing documentation and user training support for HR systems; - Support of HR Information Systems team in troubleshooting system issues and responding to user inquiries; - Generation of reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making; - Assisting in HR system testing, implementation, and configuration of new features. In order to meet these targets, you will need: - Interest in HR topics with focus on HR systems - Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus - Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail - Willingness to proficiency in Excel, or data visualization tools - Ability to handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn - As a plus, knowledge of AI, Gen AI and related usage experience Availability from June/July.
