Within the Analytics Solutions Center area we are looking for a Data, Analytics & AI Adoption Manager to manage the following activities: - Their responsibilities include liaising with BUs representatives and coordinating the activities of different stakeholders both at Group and Local level (e.g. compliance, IT, business functions, financial stakeholders, etc) to guarantee the full industrialization and usage of D,A&AI products including, where applicable, the measure of related benefits - Adoption manager is also responsible for identifying requests for new developments/operations, and addressing them to D,A&AI product teams Key responsabilities of the role will include: - Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to identify opportunities for cross Country D,A&AI product adoption - Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with D, A&AI product stakeholders and potential BU customers to facilitate D,A&AI products adoption - Monitor business, market, and technology trends to proactively propose new solutions - Contribute to the definition of D,A&AI product roadmaps and release plans capturing needs at BU level to achieve business outcomes - Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements - Proactively identify and support the resolution of blockers to allow the adoption and full industrialization of D, A&AI products - Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security). - Monitor and promote the usage of deployed D,A&AI products, support measuring and reporting benefits generated by D,A&AI deployed products - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and work with BUs to uncover unmet business needs Soft Skills - Expertise in strategic thinking, shows strong business acumen intellectual curiosity - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner with different postures to capture different stakeholders’ attention and trust, both verbally and in writing - Effective selling and results oriented attitude coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Project and programme management to handle the adoption and full industrialization of D, A&AI products in a non-hierarchical environment - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making - Able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgment and initiative Technical Skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Background in Consultancy is preferred (Insurance and financial services industry a plus) Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university in related fields, or equivalent experience - 5 years working experience
