Ph3Role: Delivery Specialist /h3 pThe Delivery Specialist supports operational teams in meeting client deadlines while ensuring high standards of quality and service. The role works closely with management to deliver functional and technical expertise, contributing to the effective management of a portfolio of clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payment processing /li liMaintain, monitor, and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HR /li liHandle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll, escalated by Tier 1 or raised directly by client HR Business Partners /li liAdvise clients on the implementation and application of employment law, supporting them in resolving administrative, payroll, and legal matters /li liAct as a SAP HR key user for clients: gather change requests, prepare functional analyses, and support testing activities /li liPrepare and generate reports using SAP HR /li liInteract daily with clients and internal departments via phone and email /li liBuild and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients /li liStay up to date with changes in employment law and regulations /li liProduce regular and ad hoc payroll reports and statistical analyses /li /ul h3Professional Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field /li liGood knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) /li liKnowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is considered a plus /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liHigh level of accuracy and strong adherence to deadlines /li liStrong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and diplomacy /li liAbility to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision /li liAbility to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team orientation /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liGood command of English /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
