If this describes you, then join Axway’s sales team and help facilitate your growth as well as ours in one of the fastest growing market segments. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTarget, develop and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts in the vertical assigned: Insurance and other industries in Northern Italy. /liliManage and qualify multiple opportunities through the sales process to a successful close, in order to meet/exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota. /liliDevelop relationships in the Insurance Sector with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales. /liliBe a key digital advisor for accelerating the banking/insurance industry digital transformation. /liliOversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.). /liliDevelop a comprehensive understanding of customer's business needs and strategies for each assigned account, their priorities, and the industry direction. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience and track record selling complex software solutions working as a hunter field-Sales Exec/ Account Manager/ Account Director role within a software vendor, technology consultancy, or systems integrator. /liliA good understanding of the Insurance challenges trends – Capacity to talk the language of the customer. /liliExperience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams. /liliAbility to manage complex sales cycles: proven ability to identify, qualify, develop, and close large 6-7 figure ARR deals. /liliExperience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships. /liliStrong network of active relationships with C-Level Executives and other key Business and IT leaders/ decision makers in the largest Italian Accounts. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliA Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; MBA is preferred. /liliReady to travel when required (not very usual, but for trainings at Axway Corp or visits out of Milan). /liliExperience in API Management, Managed File Transfer, B2B and Collaboration solutions is a plus. /liliProven ability to work independently to achieve results. /li /ulh3Company Overview /h3pAt Axway, we’re more than a company—we’re a pioneer.
