The Solutions Architect will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks such as OneStream solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process analysis. The role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.Qualifications
Lead OneStream implementation and solutions through full project cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and supportLead full pre‑sales cycle – introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work contractCollaborate seamlessly with internal and client‑side resources and effectively communicate across various audiencesApproach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challengesAdhere to CPM project delivery methodology and project standards, ensuring that project deliverables and milestones are completed on timeWork with leadership to develop and grow the practice further, including revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with OneStream, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffingAlign with company core values and embrace the company culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activitiesDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems10+ years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM cloud, FCCS, EPBCS)Must have experience delivering at least 5 full OneStream implementation lifecycles on consolidations and planningStrong knowledge of financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&ADeep; understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top‑side adjustmentsDeep understanding of FP&A; processes related to budgeting, planning and forecastingPrior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solutionPrevious experience leading full‑cycle EPM/CPM implementationsExperience with VB.Net and other programming languagesMust have OneStream Certified Solutions Architect designationExperience with data integration between different systems/sources
