The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and leadership skills, strategic vision, determination and accountability together with the ability to work and lead cross‑functional teams. /p h3Daily Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide overall strategic and technical leadership in managing the programs with particular focus on profitability, quality and on time delivery throughout all the life cycle of the program. /li liLead a team of Project and Program Managers. /li liManage the programs in the short term and create a vision for the programs in the medium/long term. /li liManage program contracts and risk. /li liEnsure the on time development of the assigned programs, verifying they are compliant with the budget and formulating offers for any changes in the "scope of work". /li liEnsure effective and efficient communication with the customer, enhance relationships ensuring timely and accurate answers. /li liMaintain accurate reporting on the program status, to both Site and Corporate organization, using appropriate performance indicators and constantly measuring the level of customer satisfaction. /li liCoordinate inter‑functional activities contributing to the achievement of the business goals. /li liBe accountable for recovery planning. /li liCoordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals working with other company departments. /li liSupport audit activities requested by customers. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liAn engineering degree or management degree. /li liA demonstrable background as a Senior Program Manager or Program Manager, working within a multi‑national, complex matrix‑based organization. /li liA minimum of 5 years' experience in product / industrial / engineering management, with at least 2-3 years managing complex, technical/manufacturing programs. /li liPassionate desire to excel against demanding customer expectations. /li liStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong business relationships with a diverse customer group. /li liStrong character, resolve and drive for results. /li liAn individual who enjoys working within a fast paced ever‑evolving organization. /li liExperience of interpreting, analyzing complex data sets, with ability to translate with ease into purposeful communications. /li liExperience of leading presentations to Senior Leaders and external customers. /li liExperience of managing challenging negotiations and achieving the desired outcome. /li liProactivity, an individual who drives change and seeks opportunity for improvements. /li liA passion to take ownership and deliver as both leader and member in a winning and supportive team environment. /li liFocused on exceeding expectations and comfortable with working independently. /li liTravel: Availability to short/medium duration travels, domestic and international is required. /li /ul h3Desirable Skills /h3 ul liDemonstrable continuous improvement experience in a leadership role, within a manufacturing environment. /li liExperience of materials and supply chain management. /li liExperience ensuring multiple programs remain on time and in budget. /li liAbility to operate successfully at senior management level. /li liComfortable with operating in a multi‑site working environment. /li liAbility to think creatively, wisely and apply your influential personality. /li liExperience of working within the Aerospace industry. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
