Responsibilities: Analyze, support, and resolve issues related to SAP SD module processes across various company sectors. Analyze business processes and design solutions in collaboration with key users. Manage external resources (consultants) and collaborators. Manage small implementation, evolution, and maintenance projects independently. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in structured companies (preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods segment) or consulting firms. Technical/managerial degree or technical IT diploma. Experience as a SAP ERP functional analyst in Sales & Distribution (SD module). Excellent knowledge of SAP SD module and submodules (Customer Master Data, Sales, Pricing and Currency, Transportation, Shipping, Billing) and its integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, etc.). Knowledge of SAP ECC information systems with functional and customization skills. Additional preferred skills include: Basic understanding of SAP ABAP language, debugging, and print management. Certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Sales and Distribution for ERP ECC or S/4), ITIL, Project Management. Personal Attributes: Analytical and decision-making aptitude. Ability to interact with internal clients with a consultative approach. Excellent listening, communication skills, and team spirit. Good knowledge of English.
