Montura is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager with strong experience in leading visual strategy and execution across retail channels. This role will ensure a consistent, impactful, and brand-aligned in-store experience across Owned & Operated, Franchise, and Wholesale stores.You will translate commercial priorities and product stories into visual executions that drive consumer engagement and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the long-term VM strategy in line with brand vision and market needsLead and develop VM teams to deliver consumer-first, scalable visual solutionsBuild seasonal VM strategies and toolkits aligned with product and business goalsUpdate in-season guidelines to reflect changes in product or commercial prioritiesDesign training programs and coaching paths for store teams and partnersOversee execution of monthly and seasonal updates (windows, layouts, styling)Conduct store visits to ensure high standards and consistencyCollaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing teamsAdapt global VM direction to local market needsManage VM budget and seasonal calendarSupport new store openings with strong brand experience from day oneWhat We’re Looking For8+ years in senior VM roles in premium, outdoor, or fashion retailStrong experience in both strategic planning and operational executionProven ability to lead teams and training initiativesSolid understanding of how visual merchandising impacts KPIsFluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)Bachelor’s degree or higherWhat Montura OffersA hands-on, technically rooted environment where strategy meets real-world experience.
