Previnet S.p.A. is a leading company in the outsourcing industry, providing services (administration and IT solutions) to pension funds and the insurance and finance sector.
Activities include:
1. Supervising the administrative tasks of the assigned clients
2. Managing member pension accounts, monitoring incoming contributions, instructing investment and disinvestment orders
3. Publishing updates and information on web-portals (hosted in-house), drafting member communications, producing regulatory reports, and liaising with qualified stakeholders
Additional requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics (minimum three years) or similar
* Fluent in English (excellent written and spoken); knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* Previous experience in similar fields is preferred but not mandatory
