This includes the development of custom heating solutions for a variety of industrial applications, ensuring compliance with international standards and coordination with global teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include /h3 ul liReview engineering orders for electric heating systems, assessing time requirements, technical complexity, and compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards and certifications. /li liDesign and development of heating elements, control panels, and complete heating systems using Thermon engineering tools. /li liCoordination with engineering teams in other locations for project handovers and technical alignment. /li liDay-to-day management of engineering projects within the Italian office, ensuring timely and accurate execution. /li liProvide technical support for internal teams and clients, including troubleshooting and resolution of design‑related issues. /li liConduct on‑site support activities such as installation supervision, commissioning, training, and diagnostics. /li liCollaborate with the Sales team to develop technical proposals, cost estimations, and revisions tailored to customer needs. /li liLiaise with external sales representatives to support key accounts and strategic projects. /li liReview and validate engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance. /li /ul h3Key Characteristics, Competencies and Skills /h3 ul liSolid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, in the context of industrial heating applications. /li liFamiliarity with hazardous area classifications and standards. /li liProficiency in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to present technical documentation clearly. /li liStructured and methodical approach to planning and execution. /li liFluent in both Italian and English. /li liCommercially aware and solution‑oriented. /li liSelf‑motivated, independent, and collaborative team player. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
