Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute local marketing activity for Aethos Sardinia. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, social media, storytelling, and supporting campaigns tailored to the destination’s unique coastal lifestyle and audience. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing – Italy and the central Brand & Marketing team, ensuring Sardinia’s story is communicated consistently across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Storytelling
* Create and gather destination-appropriate content for editorial, social, and property touchpoints
* Support photography/video shoots and asset collection on property
* Assist in newsletters, promotions, and seasonal communications
Social Media & Community
* Support day-to-day social media management
* Assist with posting calendars and community engagement
* Monitor reviews and support guest interaction
Digital & Collateral
* Help maintain fresh website content and digital assets
* Support production of on-property materials
PR & Influencers
* Assist with logistics for media and influencer visits
Events & Activations
* Support local events and activations, including coordination and post-event reporting
Your Requirements And Qualifications
* Fluent in English and Italian
* 2+ years’ experience in marketing or hospitality
* Strong organisational and content-creation skills
* Comfortable producing photo/video content on mobile
* Familiarity with Canva; Adobe/Figma a plus
* Proactive and collaborative
