Ph3Construction Manager (Simil-Pharma / Animal Health) /h3 pWe are supporting an important industrial investment in the Reggio Emilia area, within an environment operating with standards comparable to the pharmaceutical industry. /p pFor this project, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager who can ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of all site construction activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliLead day-to-day construction activities across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes. /liliCoordinate local contractors and supervise work progress to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines and safety requirements. /liliOversee cost control, change management and progress reporting. /liliEnsure alignment with quality, HSE and GMP-like standards typical of regulated manufacturing environments. /liliInterface with design teams, suppliers and client stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project continuity. /liliGuarantee a strong site presence throughout the entire duration of the project. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliSolid background in construction management for pharmaceutical or similar highly regulated industrial environments. /liliProven experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and contractors on medium-scale industrial projects. /liliStrong understanding of construction safety, quality and compliance requirements. /liliExcellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with local suppliers and authorities. /liliFull availability to work onsite in Reggio Emilia for the entire project duration. /liliProfessional command of English is welcome; fluency in Italian and familiarity with the Italian industrial environment are essential. /liliIndustrial manufacturing context with GMP-like expectations. /liliTimeline: 15-month on-site assignment (Jan 2026 – Mar 2027). /li /ul pPharmatec SRL is an equal opportunity employer.
