Required Skills
MD degree with board certification or country-specific specialty credential in Rheumatology
Minimum of 5 years of clinical drug development experience, specifically in Rheumatology
Proven expertise in clinical trial design, conduct, and data interpretation
Demonstrated ability to lead medical aspects of clinical development and collaborate with key stakeholders
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
Ability to travel as needed for site visits, meetings, and conferences
Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance with GCP standards
Nice To Have Skills
Experience working with digital or decentralized clinical trial methodologies
Prior involvement in regulatory strategy and interactions
Fluency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region
Experience with international collaboration and cross‐cultural teams
Preferred Education And Experience
Advanced degrees or certifications in clinical research or related fields are advantageous
Extensive background in Rheumatology within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Past roles involving medical monitoring and leadership in global clinical trials
