For our Milan office, we are seeking a talented individual to join the 'Consulting' Business Unit as a:
The selected candidate will be involved in a project for a well-known client in the banking sector in Milan.
Responsibilities:
1. Defining controlling models
2. Profitability control
3. Functional analysis with controlling systems
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in consulting firms working with clients in Financial Services
* Knowledge of management control
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Previous experience interfacing with development teams is preferred
* Degree in economics or management; additional certifications or specialization courses are a plus
* Good overall professional demeanor, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, team orientation
* Goal-oriented mindset
* Excellent command of English, to be assessed during interview
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
