To assist the Client in this process we are searching for a:
RAILWAY ENGINEER
WITH EXPERTISE IN CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION
Key Responsibilities:
Examine railway vehicles and their components as an inspection center expert according to ISO / IEC 17020. During this process, evaluate the following requirements: TSI (Technical Specifications for Interoperability), NNTR and BOStrab, both for new vehicles and for any changes made.
In the role of NoBo / DeBos, conduct audits on production or changes to vehicles, as well as in the AsBo function, evaluate risk management processes according to CSM-RA or ISA standards for the approval of new vehicles or modifications to be deployed.
Manage projects and constantly monitor quality, timing, financial sustainability, etc. at all project stages.
Requirements.
· Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering with specialization in vehicle traction / railway
technology.
· At least three to five years of professional experience in the development, commissioning, or assessment of
railway vehicles, including participation in relevant testing.
· In-depth knowledge of regulations, compliance and relevant standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 17020).
· Proven fluency in German language.
· Availability to travel (30/40% on a yearly basis)
· Driving license.
