PpSocial media digital content intern – BA Laundry /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liSocial media execution coordination /li liSupport the execution of the editorial calendar for Electrolux Professional global social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). /li liSupport the launch and centralized management of Wascomat global social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram). /li liAssist in preparing, scheduling, and publishing content across global channels. /li liProvide operational social media support to Americas and APAC regions. /li liPrepare and share ready‑to‑use social media content for local marketing teams. /li liSupport content adaptation for local markets while ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and tone of voice. /li liEnsure all social media content complies with Group social media guidelines and brand identity. /li liTrack basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and support reporting. /li liDigital training learning content on laundry products /li liSupport the creation of digital training materials related to BA Laundry products, solutions, and use cases. /li liHelp transform technical and commercial content into: /li liStructured learning flows /li liClear how‑to content and explainers /li liSimple visuals, short presentations, and learning assets /li liSupport storyboarding, drafting, and structuring training content in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and LD teams. /li liContribute to the preparation of content for internal platforms or partner academies (e.g. LMS‑ready materials). /li liContent repurposing scalability /li liRepurpose existing product, marketing, and sales materials into training‑ready and partner‑friendly formats. /li liAdapt content so it can be reused across learning, sales enablement, and digital channels. /li liUse digital and AI tools to draft, structure, visualize, and refine content efficiently. /li liQuality, consistency learning /li liEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards. /li liSupport basic feedback collection on training and content effectiveness. /li liLearn from performance data and stakeholder input to continuously improve content. /li /ul h3What’s Needed For You To Thrive /h3 h3Required skills profile /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. /li liStrong interest in social media, digital content, and storytelling. /li liInterest in learning about technical products and translating complexity into clear messages. /li liGood organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. /li liHigh attention to detail and respect for brand guidelines and tone of voice. /li liComfortable collaborating with international stakeholders (global, regional, and local teams). /li liStrong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). /li liProactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn. /li /ul h3Digital content tools (nice to have) /h3 ul liSocial media management and publishing tools /li liPowerPoint and presentation tools /li /ul h3What’s In It For You /h3 ul liBe part of a company grounded in customer focus, sustainability leadership, innovation, and social impact.
