STAFF SPA, an agency for employment, is seeking experienced mechanical maintenance professionals to join a solid and structured company in the metalworking sector.
Position : Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Location : Parona (PV)
Working hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with on-call availability and flexibility, including weekends.
Contract : Permanent employment, with salary and classification based on experience and skills.
Key responsibilities include :
* Performing routine and extraordinary mechanical maintenance on production plants.
* Ensuring proper operation of machinery and equipment.
* Carrying out repairs and replacing worn or damaged mechanical parts.
* Calibrating instruments, lubricating gears and motors, replacing valves, cables, filters, and sensors.
Requirements :
1. Mechanical or technical diploma (preferred).
2. Previous experience as a mechanical maintenance technician.
3. Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing.
4. Ability to use diagnostic tools and troubleshoot.
5. Operational autonomy and team-working skills.
6. Availability to work shifts, including weekends and on-call hours.
