Ph3Project Finance Analyst /h3 h3Position Summary: /h3 pThe Project Finance Analyst will join the Corporate Finance team, working closely with the CFO, Senior Management team and the shareholder. The position will be a key contributor in three main areas: Corporate Finance and MA, Reporting and Financial Control, Ad-hoc Finance Projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liCorporate Finance and MA: Support financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning for new acquisitions. Contribute to due diligence, investment analysis, and scenario modeling to optimize strategic decisions. /li liReporting and Financial Control: Month‑end performance analysis, management reporting, and group consolidation activities. Prepare materials for board and shareholder reviews, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness in all financial deliverables. /li liAd‑hoc Finance Projects: Drive cross‑functional initiatives aimed at improving financial processes, data reliability, and cash management. Contribute to digital finance programs and the adoption of AI tools that enhance forecasting, analysis, and decision‑making across the Group. /li /ul h3Professional Experience / Qualifications: /h3 h3Required Experience / Skills /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. /li li2–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with exposure to project finance, investment analysis, or reporting.
