For more information about Solenis, please visit /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage purchasing activities: raw materials, resale products, materials, and services. /liliEnsure timely and accurate order processing in line with plant operations. /liliMonitor supplier master data and flag issues related to deliveries. /liliAnalyze customer service orders for feasibility and delivery potential. /liliOversee transportation logistics aligned with the production plan. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs and improve flexibility and inventory control. /liliSupervise raw materials and finished goods inventories according to defined targets. /liliWork in close coordination with Global Procurement for key materials. /liliSupport regulatory reporting (e.g., CONAI declarations). /liliPerform OTIF (On Time In Full) analysis monthly. /liliSupport product launches in the plant with the production scheduler. /liliEnsure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. /li /ulh3Desired Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical or commercial education, or equivalent experience in procurement/logistics. /liliProficient in MS Office, SAP, and other enterprise software (Lotus Notes, Internet/Intranet). /liliFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken). /li /ulh3Key Competencies /h3ulliStrong communication at all levels /liliExceptional organization and planning skills /liliTeam collaboration and proactive problem-solving /li /ulh3Reporting Line /h3pReports directly to the bPlant Manager /b.
