Responsibilities
- Support the team for leading and managing European Central Service Operations to ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction at scale.
- Assist in meeting Customer Service Level Agreements and Support Operational Key Performance Indicators in the assigned geography.
- Communicate effectively and prioritize tasks across teams and departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ideally Biomedical), Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Language and Soft Skills
- Fluent in both the local language and English.
- Leader, flexible, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and accountable for service delivery to customers.
Location and Work Arrangement
Office‑based teams require in‑person presence at least 3 days per week. On‑site roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities; field roles are typically performed outside the main facilities, at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
