School of Law
The position in question is a key role within the organization, directly reporting to the President of the Board of Directors. The individual will be part of a structured context and will be responsible for supporting the payroll area in relation to labour law aspects, supervising the drafting of contracts with clients, suppliers, and employees, ensuring compliance with privacy and whistleblowing regulations, and handling judicial and extrajudicial matters related to credit.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in jurisprudence or legal services for businesses and excellent knowledge of labour law. They will have practiced in a law firm or have previous experience in an analogous position within a company, with a duration of 1-2 years.
The successful candidate will be required to possess precision, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Leadership skills are also essential for this role.
Workplace: Città di Castello (PG)
Contract conditions: The position will be filled with a contract under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario, with a permanent employment contract. The level of seniority will be commensurate with the actual experience gained.
