It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and optimizing training material within the Handling Logistic process /liliAnalysis of AS IS and future state of our training material and systems /liliCreate Process Roadmap and plans for future states /liliDefine training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed or others /liliStandardization of generic layup training materials /liliBe part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility /liliInvestigating and solving training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams /liliApplying continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliBachelor of manufacturing engineering or similar level /liliTrain the Trainer or other training education /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers /liliTraining of shop floor employees /liliPlanning of training - for up to 100 persons /liliDeveloped / defined functional training material for employees with a short or long education /li /ulh3Essential skills /h3ulliAbility to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals /liliKnowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats /liliWorking with engineering managers, and subject matter experts to co-develop content for functional training material /liliEnsuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies /liliFamiliarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools /liliGathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs /liliYou are interested and willing to spend time in the factory environment as required to understand and solve problems /liliData-Driven Decision Making, use of tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams /liliYou are self-motivated; result-oriented and possess great organizational discipline /liliYou find it exciting and interesting to work with other people in a large organization and can build up an intensive network across cultures and time zones and work with stakeholders /liliBe an integral part of cross functional product development projects /liliYou are customer-oriented and can understand the complete business value chain seen from a customer perspective /liliYou are committed to learning /li /ulh3Our commitment to a fair hiring /h3pAt Vestas, we evaluate all candidates solely based on their professional experience, education, and relevant skills.
