As Sales Support, your role is to provide first-line support to DLL’s extensive vendor and dealer channels. Support the sales process during the application stage in line with business support processes and vendor/partner agreements. Your role will be to ensure that all settlement transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with company policies. The role is part of the Sales department and reports to the Sales Support Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, internal & external, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests.
* Support customer onboarding, including Anti Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
* Maintain daily contact via email or phone with external stakeholders such as dealers, partners, vendors, and customers.
* Communicate and collaborate effectively within the team, undertake cross-training, monitor workload and turnaround times, and communicate with the Team Leader to manage workflow and ensure SLA compliance.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, complete all training requirements, and follow up on delegated tasks.
* Ensure all business activities comply with local and corporate regulations, with a focus on AML legislation.
* Champion process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
* Ensure lease and loan security documentation is accurately completed and aligns with credit requirements.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and SLA targets.
* Develop positive relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Good understanding of documentation, equipment finance products, credit risks, and compliance policies.
* Ability to review and analyze information for accuracy and compliance.
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
* Motivated to exceed customer expectations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in Italian (native or near-native) with good English skills a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
* Experience in vendor leasing/finance industry preferred.
