We are looking for a Pre Series Center Analysis - functionalto join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of PSC. You will be responsible for the advanced vehicle functional analysis and problem solving within the Industrial Pre Series Area. This includes advanced electrical/electronic measurements and vehicle diagnosis, data logfile interpretation and advanced vehicle system level problem solving, autonomously or in cooperation with analysis teams from Industrial and other areas. It is also foreseen the involvement in the early development and proto phase for new products, in order to bring the lessons learned from analysis performed. You will have the following responsibilities: - Advanced electrical/electronic analysis in whole vehicle perimeter, including measurement and data logfile interpretation; - Advanced analysis of pre-series product problems for functional issues, starting and driving problem solving process involving Quality, R&D, and Production, and including definition of possible backup solutions; - direct participation to the proto assembly phase in development area; - direct participation to the pre-series assembly phase in production; - series advanced production analysis and support, including the active participation to the problem solving process for series. - Support to other company areas (R&D, After Sales, Quality) for advanced functional analysis About you - University degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electric, Mechatronic, Mechanics, Automotive) - At least 2 years of experience in similar roles in automotive industries or automotive components manufacturing industries. - Experience with electrical measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope etc) - Advanced vehicle diagnostics, including anaog and digital acquisition data interpretation - Design for Assembly - Experience in advanced electr(on)ics and functional analysis (drawings interpretations, vehicle electronic and functional diagnostics, electrical wiring, advanced electrical/electronic measurements) - Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus - Analysis and problem solving - Organizational skills - Effective communication - Teamwork What we offer - Flexible working - Holistic Well-Being program - Parenthood program - Specific job posting for internal employees - Access to qualified Learning paths - Development programs
