Since its carve-out from Covestro in 2020, the company has been part of the Serafin group. /p pExolon has b40 years’ experience /b in extruding high-quality polycarbonate and polyester solid and multiwall sheets, used in construction, skydomes, safety glazing, machine guards, and many other applications. /p pWe are assisting our client in the search for a dynamic /p pbChief Operating Officer (COO) /b /p pto strengthen its executive team /p pbThe COO will be responsible for leading operational performance /b, overseeing Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) across both production sites. Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role is essential for bdriving strategic initiatives and fostering growth within the plastics industry /b. The COO will be part of the executive team. /p pThe bideal candidate /b is an bexperienced executive /b who has successfully led operations and supply chain functions across multiple production sites in mid-sized international industrial environments. /p pCandidates bcombine strategic thinking with hands-on execution /b and demonstrate a bstrong entrepreneurial mindset /b. They are people-oriented leaders who foster growth and team development, value authentic collaboration, and are sensitive to cultural dynamics. /p pbFluency in Italian and English is required /b; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. The candidate should be willing to btravel regularly between the sites /b (approx. 35%).
