PpWe’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role optimizing our online customer experience and managing daily operations of our online store, while driving sales performance and customer engagement. /p h3E-commerce Management : /h3 pOversee daily e-commerce activities, ensuring smooth and efficient website operations. /p h3Sales Promotion Management : /h3 pPlan, set up, and manage promotional campaigns (discounts, bundles, seasonal offers) across the e-commerce platform. /p h3Digital Merchandising : /h3 pmonitor product performance and user behavior to suggest layout and content improvements; Help establish and manage editorial calendars aligned with global launches and promotional campaigns. /p pcoordinate with creative and copy teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling; /p h3Technical Oversight : /h3 pAct as a liaison between the e-commerce team and IT / development teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and platform updates; understand the logic and structure of the e-commerce tech stack (backend frontend) to support troubleshooting and optimize performance. /p pDevelop and execute strategies aimed at increasing online sales, customer acquisition, and retention. /p pPartner with marketing, sales, production, and logistics teams to deliver a superior user experience across all touchpoints. /p h3E-commerce Expertise : /h3 pRequires 3–4 years of demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce operations, with strong familiarity with platforms and tools (Shopify required). /p h3Digital Merchandising Expertise : /h3 h3Email Marketing Experience : /h3 pRequires a proven track record in managing email marketing, including advanced knowledge of platforms and performance analysis tools. /p pRequires comfort working with development / IT teams, including understanding the basic logic of e-commerce infrastructure, frontend / backend workflows, CMS, and third‑party integrations. /p pRequires proficiency in data analysis, allowing for the extraction of actionable insights to enhance performance. /p h3Project Time Management : /h3 pRequires the ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and deadlines across teams. /p pRequires excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, which is essential for working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. /p pLowell’s enduring legacy is the combination of leading‑edge technology and high‑performance materials, which defined the first apparel collection that launched in 1989.
