Key responsibilities include:
Support HR team to roll out Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions initiatives, policies and guidelines
Support area champions in driving Recruitment, Human Capital, and College Relations initiatives
Support HR in therecruitment activities to ensurepractices, systems and policies are in placed & executed in the property
Support internal HR communications on webinar sessions, developing manuals, creating presentations and generating reports
Analyze data and metrics on to propose recommendations and drive project targets
Research latest HR trends on sourcing methods and technology
Support annual Human Capital Planning activities and reviews.
Assist in executing Personal Development Plans across the market.
Assist in coordinating training programs and Induction
