Administrative Assistant Position
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will be responsible for scheduling business trips, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Schedule and arrange business travel
* Manage office supplies and inventory
* Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Business Central
* Assist with creating and sending invoices and quotations
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
* Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
* High attention to detail and organizational ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
* Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently
* Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
