TECHNICAL SERVICE - ASSISTENZA TECNICA POST VENDITA (Jobbit)
Role in the Service department of Orienta Spa Società Agevolazioni, filiale di Vimercate, a leading producer of analytical instruments and laboratory equipment. The selected candidate will focus on the following activities:
Responsibilities
- Provide remote assistance via mail and telephone.
- Install, activate, and run functional/analytical tests on various instruments.
- Organize and schedule preventive maintenance and revisions.
- Deliver adequate technical training to the distribution network.
- Prepare periodic activity reports for clients.
- Manage technical documentation (service manuals, etc.).
Qualifications
- Preferable technical diploma (chemistry, electrotechnology, mechatronics, or related fields).
- Prior experience in production environments.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Preferable familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
- Problem‑solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Dynamic, customer‑orientated approach.
- Availability for travel within Italy/Europe (approximately 20%).
Trattamento economico commisurato all'esperienza.
Working Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30 with a one‑hour break.
Location: USMATE VELATE (mb).
