Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end national and international talent acquisition with a data-driven mindset, partnering with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and leadership to align candidate quality with business needs. You shape employer branding and talent attraction programs, build and maintain pipelines, and optimize recruitment KPIs to improve processes. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams in a structured, international environment and contribute to the development of TA and employer branding initiatives. This is a strategic position for shaping how Trevi Group attracts and retains top talent at scale.

Retribuzione / Benefits Map candidates to business needs and skills requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with stakeholders until closure
Source and scout on ATS and external channels, build passive pipelines
Draft and publish job postings on career sites and recruiting channels
Coordinate with external partners (agencies, headhunters, service providers)
Analyze recruiting KPIs and report findings to HR leadership to drive improvements
Develop and oversee employer branding, value proposition and external image
Support academy and talent attraction activities with universities and programs
Enhance candidate experience through clear, respectful processes and relationship nurturing
Maintain and update CV database and Open Positions on ATS/university platforms
Collaborate on attraction and selection initiatives for internal development paths
Travel as needed within country or abroad
Responsabilità Knowledge of recruitment techniques and proactive sourcing
Experience in structured interviews and support in selection with Hiring Manager and HR
Knowledge of Employer Branding and candidate experience principles
Ability to report and analyze recruiting KPIs; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good xjrgpwk command of English (B2)
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter); Oracle HCM familiarity appreciated
Knowledge of recruiting procedures/policies and process standardization
Aptitude and behavioral tests knowledge appreciated
Knowledge of national collective labor agreement and labor regulations (metalworking/construction)
Knowledge of competitors and labor market in relevant sectors
Experience with staffing agencies and recruitment players
Understanding of AI applications in recruiting and evaluation of HR technologies
Ability to travel for work
