Ph3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a Process Leader for the Operations team, who will report to Continuous Improvement Manager at the Castelgomberto plant. In this role, you will drive Manufacturing Excellence by guiding the Cell Leader in loss analysis, standardization, and capability building, ensuring compliance with operational standards and continuous improvement on the shopfloor. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul libTarget Deployment: /b Build loss map with Cell Leader, define initiatives for AM implementation, changeover optimization, and loss elimination. /li libPerformance Management: /b Support daily meetings, coach teams on standards and loss analysis, and ensure effective gap closure. /li libSafety Quality: /b Integrate safety into process improvements and ensure quality compliance during AM and changeovers. /li libPeople Development: /b Train team on problem-solving, AM practices, and defect handling. /li libDelivery: /b Monitor process standards (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, changeovers) to maintain flow and prevent downtime. /li libCost Control: /b Drive OEE improvement, material efficiency, and waste reduction through systematic problem-solving. /li libInnovation: /b Implement best practices, support new technology deployment, and ensure operational readiness. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 h3Required Profile /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma / Technical Degree; University Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. /li liCertifications or formal training in Lean Manufacturing, WCM or similar methodologies are preferable /li liSignificant experience in a process-oriented role within a manufacturing environment. /li liProven success in coaching and leading process improvement initiatives at the cell or departmental level. /li liPotential and readiness to advance into higher technical or management roles. /li liDemonstrated experience implementing and leading process improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Technical Competences /h3 ul liExperience in conducting loss gap analysis, standardizing operational processes and deploying Autonomous Maintenance approach. /li liDeep expertise in structured problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis. /li liFamiliar with tools such as 5 Whys, FMEA, and statistical analysis to systematically eliminate deviations. /li liExpertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks to drive continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Leadership Competences /h3 ul liStrong analytical approach. /li liCapability to deploy structured problem-solving methods to address and prevent process issues. /li liProven ability to coach and develop teams, /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liDiscount on Amazon products /li liAffinity University platform: Professional development opportunities for employees at different stages of their career, recognising different career paths. /li liCelebration and fun /li /ul pIf you don’t meet all the requirements, don’t worry.
