The Group Design Thinking Scrum-RTE COE structure of Reale Group aims at accelerating the digital transformation of the Group in line with the technological and operational market trends. /ph3Main features of the structure are: /h3ulliLean/ Design Thinking and Agile work methodologies /liliOrganization in work-rooms with resources from Business and Technology areas /lili"End-to-end" development of digital solutions starting from Business problems /li /ulh3Activities /h3ulliFacilitate the Scrum events /liliRemove impediments to the team's progress, and protect the team from interruptions and distractions /liliCapture and use metrics to help driving continuous improvement /liliSponsor the self-organization of the Team /liliSupport Product Owners in visualizing progress, creating a transparent Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the product /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUnderstanding of Agile and Lean principles and values /liliStrong knowledge of the Scrum framework /liliAwareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques like User Stories, Planning Poker, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing /liliFluent English /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and a servant leadership mindset /li /ulh3Experiences /h3ulli2 years' experience on Agile projects /liliExperience in Tools for Agile Project Management /li /ulpWorkplace: Torino, Via Corte d'Appello 11 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
