About Educa International School Versilia
Educa International School Versilia is an international educational institution located in Camaiore, Tuscany. As part of ongoing campus development projects, the school is seeking a motivated and technically skilled student to assist with CAD design and technical documentation related to facility infrastructure.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student currently studying in Pisa with experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to support two technical projects at the school:
- Development of 3D models of structural components using SolidWorks.
- Creation and organization of electrical layout maps of the school facilities using AutoCAD.
The selected candidate will work closely with the school team and visit the campus once per week to carry out design work and review project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine 3D CAD models of structural components using SolidWorks
- Develop and update AutoCAD electrical drawings and facility layouts
- Translate technical requirements into clear and organized CAD drawings
- Maintain well-structured design files and documentation
- Attend weekly on-site work sessions at the school to collaborate and review progress
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Practical experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD (minimum 2 years).
- Ability to read and produce technical drawings and 3D models.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to Camaiore once per week.
- English proficiency required (Italian is an advantage but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
- Experience with facility layouts, structural modeling, or technical drafting.
- Portfolio or examples of CAD work.
