Our fully customer-oriented approach makes Habasit the best supplier of high quality power transmission and transport solutions for any application. /p h3Role description /h3 pEnsure the efficient and effective production of high-quality conveyor belts that meet the diverse needs of customers across various industries, in compliance with all the technological aspects of manufacturing processes, in collaboration with all other departments (Quality, Application Engineering, Lean). /p h3Main tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liCheck the feasibility and reproducibility of what the customer requests (in collaboration with the Application Engineers) /li liPrototype, develop and industrialise ad hoc solutions for customers in collaboration with the transversal functions (Marketing and Application Engineering) and defines the best cost / benefit ratio /li liDefine and qualify the manufacturing process and fabrication materials according to specifications /li liDefine, maintain and improve methods, standard tools, equipment and processes in terms of quality and productivity /li liAnalyse defective products returned by customers and internal waste deriving from manufacturing processes and supports the adoption to the necessary improvement actions (in collaboration with the Quality department and the Fabrication Manager) /li liIdentify, in collaboration with Quality dept, suppliers' quality issues /li liCollaborate in defining the most suitable production methods and interfaces with the Fabrication Manager for plant feasibility checks /li liResponsible for the periodic review of processes both from a technical and an industrial point of view, giving also support, if necessary /li liCollaborate in the design of new tools and/or machines for manufacturing /li liCollaborate in the maintenance and definition of work cycles /li liWork in compliance with the laws and regulations (GMP, QSM, HSE) /li /ul h3Education and experience /h3 ul liDegree in Mechatronic Engineering. /li li5-10 years of experience in the same role in manufacturing companies /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
