Discover more here. _What we are looking for_ Purpose - As Business Analyst - Mediterranean Cluster, you will work closely with the Head of the Mediterranean Cluster and the Global Strategy Portfolio Head of the AIM Portfolio to provide a comprehensive, 360-degree view of business performance, market dynamics, and commercial opportunities. Your cross-functional exposure will allow you to serve as a vital link between strategy, operations, and execution—directly contributing to high-impact decisions and driving business growth in a complex, fast-evolving environment. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and local execution, and supporting value generation across the region.Main Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with senior management to support strategic projects in the rare disease space - Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to support strategic and operational planning; provide actionable, data-driven insights to guide business decisions and optimize performance - Project Management: Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring on-time delivery; manage activities, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and alignment with goals - Commercial Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of sales, OPEX, and commercial plans, ensuring alignment with both corporate strategy and local market objectives - Cross-Functional Coordination: act as a liaison between corporate functions and local organizations, fostering communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals and enhance efficiency - Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive landscape analyses and contribute to the creation of commercial strategies and sales forecasts - NBD: Evaluate strategic business opportunities using NPV and other financial modeling tools - Build robust business cases to assess regional initiatives and investment opportunities, providing recommendations to support leadership decisions - Monitor budget performance, identifying and proposing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met Experience Required - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, commercial excellence/planning, project management, marketing, or corporate strategy, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectorEducation - Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistical Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred.Languages - Fluency in Italian & English required; proficiency in other European languages is a plusSoft Skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets with precision and clarity - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities across multiple levels of the organization -
