Are you experienced in construction logistics and ready to take the next step in your career? As a Construction Logistic Manager for a Data Center project, you will oversee crane and lifting activities, site logistics, material storage, and transport coordination, ensuring smooth operations.
Working closely with CSA teams, you will manage deliveries, off-site storage, and contractor coordination, playing a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient site setup.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
* Developing lift plans and procedures and overseeing all lifts
* Temporary works coordination on site for crane bases, hoardings, excavations, scaffolding
* Plan site set-up to move labor and materials around site efficiently (eg hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy, catering)
* Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people, Lay down areas and offloading points
* Ensuring the organization’s safety policies are followed
* Welfare facilities management and delivery including canteen facilities, cleaning etc
Show your expertises
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
* + 5 years' experience of construction operations experience
* Data Center Projects or large scale projects preferred
* Appointed Person (AP) for Lifting Operation
* English & Italian at C1 level
* Excellent communications skills and ability to build relationships across the spectrum of the construction project stakeholders from client management to subcontractor
* Current full Italien driving licence
* Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
* Possess strong planning, organisational and team work skills
