PAs a bDigital Sales Enablement Projects Lead /byou will play a pivotal role in accelerating bCamfil /b’s digital transformation journey across the EMEA region. You will work closely with local country teams to plan, implement, and optimize digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement, sales efficiency, and business performance. /ppbr/ppYour focus will be on enabling adoption and value creation from new digital tools and processes — spanning marketing automation, CRM workflows, customer journey improvements, and eCommerce platform developments. /ppbr/ppYou will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, digital solution owners, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, alignment with local needs, and measurable impact on sales and customer experience. /ppbr/ppYou will work either in a hybrid model from one of our European locations - Colombes, Brussels, Ede or Levice; or remotely from France, Belgium, The Netherlands or Slovakia. You will travel regularly (20-25%) to our EMEA locations to support local stakeholders in their digital transformation journey. /ppbr/ppbWhat you will do: /b /pulliManage and coordinate digital sales enablement projects across EMEA markets from concept to launch. /liliTranslate global digital strategies into local implementation plans and measurable outcomes. /liliEnsure project timelines and quality standards are met. /liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams. /liliSupport local markets in adopting and optimizing new digital tools and workflows, such as CRM enhancements and lead management workflows; marketing automation campaigns; eCommerce feature rollouts; sales enablement dashboards and analytics. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and user adoption across platforms. /liliAct as a change champion, promoting best practices in digital sales processes. /liliDevelop training materials, onboarding sessions, and communication plans to support adoption. /liliGather and share success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across countries. /liliServe as the main contact point between the central digital transformation team and local market teams; work with vendors and internal technical partners to ensure smooth system integration. /liliReport project progress, risks, and performance metrics to senior management. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you will bring to this role: /b /pulliProven experience in digital project management, digital sales enablement, or marketing operations — ideally in a multinational B2B environment. /liliStrong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation (e.g. Click Dimensions or Microsoft Customer InsightsJourneys), and eCommerce platforms. /liliExperience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple countries or business units. /liliExperience in change management and training facilitation; proven track record of driving adoption and measurable results through digital initiatives. /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. /liliStrategic mindset paired with strong business acumen and understanding of the sales and marketing funnel. /liliAnalytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem solving. /liliCollaborative, culturally aware, and comfortable working in a matrix organization. /liliFluent in English (additional European languages are a plus). /li /ulpbr/ppDoes this sound like you?
