About Us - Wintipak To support our growing team, we are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner for our Italian factory based in San Pietro in Gu (PD). This role combines talent acquisition with general HR responsibilities, playing a crucial part in building and maintaining a strong workforce. Your Responsibilities - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees - Developing effective hiring strategies to attract top talent - Responsible for our social media activities and manage all recruitment channels - Development and implementation of strategies for employee retention and development as well as further development of the training strategy - Analyzing HR trends and developing, implementing and refining HR concepts - Supporting HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and performance management and talent management initiatives - Contributing to employer branding efforts to enhance our reputation in the job market - Building and maintaining strong relationships with our HR Administrator with payroll coordination and benefits administration Your Profile - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in recruitment and general HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment - Strong understanding of Italian labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach - Fluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage - Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools We Offer - A dynamic and international working environment - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - A collaborative team culture with short decision-making processes Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Disponibilità: - Dal lunedì al venerdì - Orario flessibile
