Ph3AI PROJECT MANAGER LEAD ENGINEER /h3 pFor our client, a multinational industrial company operating in the automotive and filtration sector, we are looking for an: /p pThe role, reporting directly to the Group Chief Information Officer, will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives within the organization, combining project management, solution architecture, and hands‑on technical development. /p pThe position will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable and production‑ready AI solutions, ensuring measurable impact across different functions including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. /p pThe resource will coordinate international and cross‑functional teams, driving the adoption of AI technologies and contributing to the evolution of the company’s digital transformation strategy within a complex industrial environment. /p h3Role /h3 ul liCollect, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and operational functions /li liTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications /li liDefine project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for AI initiatives /li liCoordinate international teams and ensure alignment across different locations and development streams /li liMonitor project progress, risks, and performance, ensuring timely execution and delivery /li liDesign scalable end-to-end AI solutions, including data flows, system integration, and AI/ML model orchestration /li liDefine and promote technical standards, best practices, and development governance /li liActively contribute to technical development activities, including AI APIs, services, data pipelines, and LLM-based applications /li liSupport engineers on complex technical challenges and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency /li liPromote code reusability, maintainability, and documentation standards across teams /li liEnsure effective deployment and adoption of AI solutions within the organization /li liMonitor and report KPIs related to efficiency improvements, cost optimization, and quality enhancement initiatives /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support the continuous evolution of AI capabilities and digital innovation initiatives /li /ul h3Requirments /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, and AI-related roles /li liStrong experience in project management and coordination of complex technological initiatives /li liAdvanced knowledge of Python and experience with API development frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or .NET /li liGood understanding of AI/ML models, architectures, and AI solution integration /li liExperience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure /li liStrong knowledge of SQL and data management practices /li liAbility to translate business needs into effective technical solutions /li liStrong stakeholder management skills within international and multicultural environments /li liHands‑on mindset combined with strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilitiesExperience in industrial or manufacturing environments will be considered a strong plus /li liFluent English knowledge is required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
