We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to take ownership of field operations and deliver exceptional results on residential landscape projects across NYC. You will be the driving force on job sites — directing crews, solving problems, and maintaining our standard of excellence from start to finish. /p h3Responsibilities/Duties /h3 ul liLead daily site operations from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations /li liDirect and mentor a crew of 2–4 installers, setting the pace and standard on every project /li liExecute planting, grading, hardscaping, raised bed construction, and container installations /li liCoordinate material deliveries, staging, and logistics in urban environments /li liCommunicate professionally with clients and building staff; represent the company on-site /li liMaintain site notes, photos, and as-built documentation /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of hands‑on landscape installation experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or foreman role /li liStrong knowledge of plant material, soil preparation, and installation best practices /li liExperience working in NYC urban environments; rooftop/terrace installs a strong plus /li liValid NYS driver's license required; box truck experience preferred /li liAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions /li liStrong communication skills and professional demeanor /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
