 
        
        LHH Drive the growth of Spare Parts by shaping product offerings, pricing strategies, and category performance to boost sales and margins at SIDEL. Play a key role in leveraging the pricing tool Syncron Price to deliver smarter, more competitive pricing.
 Responsibilities Define and structure the categories and families of Spare Parts; analyze and evaluate their performance. Set and monitor sales objectives (volume, revenue, and margin) for each category and family, segmented by geography and customer group. Define, deploy, and drive category strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Develop and implement growth scenarios for each family, aligned with market dynamics and customer needs. Manage and optimize the product offering of each family/category throughout the lifecycle. Design and implement tailored pricing strategies (value-based and/or market-based). Support and steer the After-Sales teams in achieving their sales and margin objectives per category/family. Act as the point of contact for technical questions related to the pricing tool Syncron Price. Business travel (up to 40%).
 Your Profile Education and Languages Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration Technical background is a strong advantage English: very good level required Knowledge of other languages is an asset Experience and Required Skills Solid understanding of the spare parts business environment (aftermarket, lifecycle, pricing, and sales) Proven track record in sales, pricing, or marketing (preferably in B2B industrial context) Strong knowledge and ease in using IT tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, SAP, Syncron Price (or similar pricing/revenue management tools) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and influencing skills across different stakeholders Results-driven with strong goal-setting discipline Problem-solving and decision-making mindset Ability to manage conflict constructively Strong customer orientation Leadership skills and ability to align and engage cross-functional teams By applying to this vacancy, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data included in the job application.
