Main activities
1. Supervision of administrative and contractual aspects relating to personnel (payroll, personnel budget, labor disputes including relations with external consultants) and monitoring of company HR policies;
2. Coordination of trade union relations and relations with trade unions;
3. Taking care of the personnel search, selection and onboarding processes, as well as onboarding for new hires;
4. Preparation of organizational analyses, management of company organization charts and job descriptions;
5. Collaboration with managers of various internal functions to identify employee development needs and plan appropriate training programs; monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs;
6. Preparation of periodic reports on the progress of HR initiatives, including staff data, absences, staff turnover, etc.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
7. Training in economic, legal or labor law fields;
8. Solid experience in the role (at least 10 years) gained within companies in the fashion / luxury / retail sector or, alternatively, in structured and international employment consultancy companies;
9. Very operational and problem-solving approach combined with the ability to accompany the company on a change management path, bringing tools and processes up to the level of business objectives;
10. Good knowledge of the English language.
Preferential/Nice to have
11. In-depth knowledge of the CCNL for Commerce;
12. Knowledge of HR logic applied to the retail world;
13. Excellent organizational and effective time management skills;
14. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization;
15. Propensity for sharing knowledge and team building.
Compensation Package
The proposed remuneration package will be aligned with the seniority level achieved.
