Our driving force is to accelerate success for our customers, people and planet. /p pWe are looking for a bProject Manager in Monza site. /b /p pReporting to: Project Execution Manager /p h3Who You Are /h3 ul liCreative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /li liPersonal drive and strong commitment to achieve assigned goals. /li liCommunication capabilities. /li liFlexibility and customer oriented. /li liAbility to build and maintain relationships. /li liTeam building. /li /ul h3About The Job /h3 pResponsible for managing customer Project to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time plan, cost control, resource/supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning, start up and Handover to Customer and Service Organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liHas the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget. /li liManage project on time, on specification and on budget. /li liStakeholder management and communication. /li liReport to steering committee (internal and external) /li liDesign, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project. /li liMonitor progress and performance against the project plan and control the cost to avoid deviation. /liliTake action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. /li liIdentify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. /li liCoordinate with other areas in the organization and external suppliers, to secure the project delivery. /li liProject supervise on site: participation to start-up and commissioning together with internal or external service engineer. /li liHandover to Customer and After Sales Service Organization. /li liTrouble-shooting management during warranty period. /li /ul h3What You Know /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical engineering /li li3-5 years experiences with Project Management in industrial sector. /li liFluent written and spoken English. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
