Retribuzione / Benefits
* Lead planning and execution of research and scientific projects for assigned lung cancer products
* Contribute to definition and delivery of Product Business Plan for brands
* Design and implement National Medical Plan with clear strategies and measurable outcomes
* Provide scientific training and disease updates to shape local medical plans
* Drive Italian participation in international clinical development with global teams
* Collaborate with Clinical Research Manager to ensure timely local clinical trial delivery
* Author protocols, oversee data management, and prepare final study reports for local studies
* Provide expert scientific input to Regulatory Affairs for submissions
* Support Marketing to maintain high scientific standards across materials and events
* Ensure Field Force receives accurate, current information on products and disease areas
* Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and scientific community in lung cancer
* Review externally sponsored research proposals and collaborate with MEOR
* Support MEOR in evidence generation and outcomes research activities
* Respond to medical information requests with timely, balanced answers
* Adhere to company values, code of conduct, and applicable legislation
Responsabilità
* Scientific Degree (Medical Degree highly preferred)
* Understanding of sales and marketing and pharmaceutical medical information
* Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical industry
* Ability to manage incoming data in a timely manner and elevate as needed
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment
* Experience in Medical Affairs Department as MSL or Medical Advisor
* Strong leadership capabilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management
* Proficiency in English and Italian
